摘 要:在老旧小区既有建筑外墙抗震加固施工中,因施工环境的特殊性,基础施工过程中存在较多不可预见的交叉因素,严重影响现场施工安全及进度。为解决板墙基础大面积施工带来的弊端,提出了一种混凝土板墙加固逆作施工方法,首先完成上部墙体加固施工,待上部结构改造全部完成后,最后进行基础分段、快速施工,有效解决了传统施工顺序引起的进度延误及安全风险。In the anti-seismic reinforcement construction of the existing building exterior wall in old communities,there are many unforeseen cross factors in the foundation construction process due to the particularity of the construction environment,which seriously affect the safety and progress of the on-site construction.In order to solve the disadvantages caused by the large construction of slab wall foundation,a reverse construction method for concrete slab wall reinforcement is proposed.After completing the reinforcement construction of the upper wall structure,the foundation is segmented and constructed rapidly,which effectively solves the progress delay and safety risks caused by the traditional construction sequence.
