摘 要:传统的油漆去除方法如机械打磨、化学清洗等都在不同程度上存在除漆质量较差、环境污染严重、工作环境恶劣等问题。激光清洗作为一种新型的非接触式表面污染物去除技术,具有绿色环保、清洗质量高等优点,目前逐渐被应用于工业领域。基于以往的研究,分析和总结了近年来国内外激光除漆的研究进展与应用现状,以及激光除漆机理和工艺。Traditional paint removal methods,such as mechanical polishing and chemical cleaning and others,have some problems in different degrees such as poor paint removal quality,serious environmental pollution,bad working environment and other problems.As a new type of non-contact surface pollutant removal technology,laser cleaning has the advantages of environmental protection and high cleaning quality.It is gradually applied in the industrial field.Based on the previous researches,the research progress and application status of laser paint removal in China and abroad in recent years,as well as the mechanism and technology of laser paint removal were analyzed and summarized.
