摘 要:为获得高刚耐热聚乙烯基复合材料用于工程结构的改善和优化,本文制备了聚甲醛(POM)/聚丙烯(PP)/聚乙烯(PE)三元复合材料。采用PE-g-MAH作相容剂改善POM/PP/PE三元体系的相容性,研究PE-g-MAH对POM/PP/PE复合材料性能的影响。当PE-g-MAH添加量达到7.5份时,复合材料屈服强度达到最大值24.76MPa,提升了15.4%;冲击强度达到最大值25.78kJ·m^(-2),提升了50.7%;屈服伸长率达到最小值13.96%,降低了29.3%。结果表明,PE-g-MAH的加入提高了POM/PP/PE复合材料的综合力学性能,既改善了材料的相容性,同时也大幅提高了复合材料的储能模量,材料的刚性和耐热性能均得到了改善。Polyformaldehyde(POM)/polypropylene(PP)/polyethylene(PE)ternary composite is prepared in order to obtain high-rigid-heat-resistant polyethylene matrix composite for the improvement and optimization of engineering structure.PE-g-MAH is used as compatibilizer to improve the compatibility of POM/PP/PE ternary system,and the effect of PE-g-MAH on the properties of POM/PP/PE composites is studied.When the addition of PE-g-MAH reached 7.5 parts,the maximum yield strength of the composite reaches 24.76MPa,which increased by 15.4%.The impact strength reaches the maximum of 25.78kJ·m^(-2),increased by 50.7%;The yield elongation reaches the minimum value of 13.96%,which is reduced by 29.3%.The results show that the addition of PE-g-MAH improves the comprehensive mechanical properties of POM/PP/PE composites,which not only improves the compatibility of the materials,but also substantially increases the energy storage modulus of the composite,and the rigidity and heat resistance of the composite are improved.
