摘 要:采用固相萃取技术萃取富集水中三唑醇、三唑酮、腈菌唑、戊唑醇、氟环唑和苯醚甲环唑残留,并采用气相色谱质谱法进行分析。结果表明,在5.00~500μg·L^(-1)浓度范围内6种三唑类农药线性关系良好,方法的检出限为0.14~0.42μg·L^(-1),加标回收率在87.5%~104.5%之间,测定值的RSD值(n=6)为1.99%~3.45%。本方法操作简便,定性定量准确,检出限低,可用于水中三唑类农药残留的检测。The residue of triazolol,triazolone,nitrile,pentazolol,flucyclozole and phenacetoconazole in water was extracted by solid phase extraction and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The results showed that the linear relationship between the six triazole pesticides was good in the concentration range of 5.00~500μg·L^(-1).The detection limit of the method was 0.14~0.42μg·L^(-1),the recovery rate was 87.5%~104.5%,and the RSD value(n=6)was 1.99%~3.45%.The method has the advantages of simple operation,accurate qualitative and quantitative analysis,low detection limit,and can be used for the detection of triazole pesticide residues in water.
