摘  要:深部调剖是针对油田开发后期高含水问题控水增油的重要手段。为了认清延缓交联凝胶调剖体系的性能特征及与海上油田的储层适应性,本文通过增黏特性及填砂管流动性等评价实验,分析初低黏延缓交联型调剖体系(以下简称初低黏凝胶)的成胶性能及耐温性能,并开展与常规酚醛型调剖体系(以下简称酚醛凝胶)封堵性能的平行实验研究。结果表明,对于初低黏凝胶体系而言,体系成胶时间可调,成胶强度较大。不同交联剂、助剂和固化剂浓度对成胶效果存在影响,其中固化剂和交联剂对成胶强度影响较大。0.3%聚合物+0.3%交联剂+0.2%助剂配方体系成胶后黏度可达20000mPa·s以上,油藏温度条件下放置4个月后黏度保留率仍在60%以上。与常规酚醛型调剖体系相比,初低黏凝胶封堵性能较好,填砂管实验中注入0.15PV初低黏凝胶后,3种渗透率级别岩芯(500、1500和3000mD)封堵率均可达到95%以上,注入0.05PV初低黏凝胶体系时封堵率即能保持90%。Deep profile control is an important means to control water and increase oil in view of the high water cut problem in late development of oilfield.In order to understand the performance characteristics of the delayed crosslinking gel profile control system and its adaptability to oilfield reservoir,this paper analyzed the gel-forming performance and temperature resistance of the delayed crosslinking gel profile control system(hereinafter referred to as the initial low-viscosity gel)through evaluation experiments on viscosity increasing characteristics and sand filling pipe fluidity.A parallel experimental study was conducted on the plugging performance of the conventional phenolic profile control system(hereinafter referred to as phenolic gel).The results show that the gelation time is adjustable and the gelation strength is large for the initial low viscosity gel system.Different concentrations of crosslinking agent,auxiliary agent and curing agent have influence on the effect of gelling,among which curing agent and crosslinking agent have great influence on the strength of gelling.The viscosity of 0.3%polymer,0.3%crosslinking agent and 0.2%assistant agent reached 20000 mPa·s,and the gel viscosity retention rate remained above 60%after 4 months of storage at reservoir temperature.Compared with the conventional phenolic profile control system,the initial low viscosity gel plugging performance is better.In the sand-filled tube experiment,the plugging rate of cores with three permeability levels(500,1500 and 3000mD)can reach 95%after 0.15PV initial low viscosity gel is injected,and the plugging rate can maintain 90%when 0.05PV initial low viscosity gel is injected.
