摘 要:建立了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法快速测定土壤中Cr(Ⅵ)的方法。采用碱性混合提取液在恒温水浴条件下振荡浸取蔬菜地土壤样品中Cr(Ⅵ),冷却过滤后精准调节pH值,用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪测定。当样品量为2.00g时,方法检出限为0.09mg·kg^(-1),测定下限为0.30mg·kg^(-1),相对标准偏差RSD(n=6)小于2%,标准物质验证实验结果无超差,实际样品加标回收率为98.50%~105.00%。方法检出限低,重复性好,准确可靠。An analytical method for the rapid determination of hexavalent chromium in soil by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry was developed.Hexavalent chromium was extracted from soil samples by alkaline mixture oscillating under constant temperature water bath.After cooling and filtering,pH value was adjusted accurately,and then determined by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer.When the amount of sample was 2.00g,the limit of detection was 0.09mg·kg^(-1),the limit of determination was 0.30mg·kg^(-1),the relative standard deviation RSD(n=6)was less than 2%,the results of the standard material verification experiment were not out of tolerance,and the actual recoveries were 98.50%~105.00%.The method has low detection limit,good repeatability,accuracy and reliability.
