摘 要:本文建立电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)同时测定地表水中10种痕量金属元素残留的方法。10种金属元素在1.00~80.0μg·L^(-1)浓度范围内具有较好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.999,方法测定标准样品的结果均在保证值范围内,相对标准偏差均小于4%(n=6),样品加标回收率为87.8%~105.5%。本方法可同时进行多种金属元素的快速分析,检出限低,灵敏度高,测试结果准确,可用于地表水中铜、铅、镉、钼、铬等金属残留的分析。A method for simultaneous determination of 10 trace metal residues in surface water by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)has been developed.The 10 metal elements had good linear relationship in the range of 1.00~80.0μg·L^(-1),and the correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.999.The results of the method were all within the guaranteed value range,the relative standard deviations were all less than 4%(n=6),and the recoveries of the samples were 87.8%~105.5%.With low detection limit,high sensitivity and accurate test results,this method can be used for the analysis of copper,lead,cadmium,molybdenum,chromium and other metal residues in surface water.
