A new type of oil-based fracturing fluid is proposed to address the issue of insufficient temperature resistance and filtration resistance in traditional fracturing systems, resulting in high reservoir damage. The experiment compared the performance of the new oil-based fracturing fluid with traditional water-based fracturing fluid and traditional oil-based fracturing fluid. The experimental results show that the new oil-based fracturing fluid has an apparent viscosity of 122.5mPa·s,a temperature of 135℃at which the apparent viscosity decreases to below 50mPa·s,and a permeability filtration coefficient of 1.654×10^(-4)m·min-1/2,with an initial filtration rate of 1.97×10^(-4) m^(3)·m^(-2),with a filtration rate of 0.428×10^(-4)m^(3)·(m^(2)·min)-1,the damage rate to the rock layer is only 4.2%;Under certain temperature conditions, the viscosity of the breaking fluid in the new oil-based fracturing system is less than 5mPa·s,meeting the breaking requirement of 70℃in modern oil fields. After breaking, the residual amount is less, which can significantly improve the pollution of the fracturing fluid to the formation. It has good application effects for low porosity and low permeability formations.
