摘 要:含硫油气资源集输用管线钢容易受到H_(2)S的腐蚀损害,为了找出H_(2)S存在条件下集输管线钢材的腐蚀规律,采用高温高压动态腐蚀实验装置评价了H_(2)S分压等不同因素对X65管线钢材腐蚀速率的影响,并提出了具体的腐蚀防护措施。结果表明,H_(2)S的存在对目标油田集输用X65管线钢的腐蚀影响较大,H_(2)S的分压升高,挂片的腐蚀速率先增大后减小;腐蚀介质pH值越大,腐蚀速率越小;实验温度越高、实验流速以及腐蚀介质的含水率越大,腐蚀速率相对就越大。咪唑啉类复合缓蚀剂HSR-1的加入能够显著降低挂片的H_(2)S腐蚀速率,当HSR-1的质量分数为0.05%时,其对挂片的缓蚀效率可达95%以上,使腐蚀速率降低至0.038mm·a^(-1),起到了良好的腐蚀防护效果。Pipeline steel for gathering and transporting sulfur-containing oil and gas resources is prone to corrosion damage caused by hydrogen sulfide.In order to identify the corrosion pattern of pipeline steel under the presence of hydrogen sulfide and propose targeted corrosion protection measures,a high-temperature and high-pressure dynamic corrosion experimental device was used to evaluate the impact of different factors such as hydrogen sulfide partial pressure on the corrosion rate of X65 pipeline steel,and targeted corrosion protection measures were proposed.The results showed that the presence of hydrogen sulfide has a significant impact on the corrosion of X65 pipeline steel used for gathering and transportation in the target oilfield.The corrosion rate of hanging pieces first increases and then decreases with the partial pressure of hydrogen sulfide;The higher the pH value of the corrosive medium,the lower the corrosion rate;The higher the experimental temperature,the higher the experimental flow rate,and the higher the water content of the corrosive medium,the relatively higher the corrosion rate.The addition of imidazoline type composite corrosion inhibitor HSR-1 can significantly reduce the hydrogen sulfide corrosion rate of hanging pieces.When the mass fraction of HSR-1 is 0.05%,its corrosion inhibition efficiency on hanging pieces can reach over 95%,reducing the corrosion rate to 0.038mm·a^(-1),and playing a good corrosion protection effect.
