摘  要:解读了广东省地震易发区重要公共建筑物抗震加固工程的工作流程和抗震性能调查的方法,统计分析了珠海193栋市属学校建筑的建造年代、抗震性能调查结果及影响因素,得出设计时是否依据现行抗震设防分类标准是影响抗震性能调查结果的主要因素;统计分析了进行抗震鉴定的105栋建筑的基础类型、结构类型、设计抗震设防类别、鉴定结论及原因分析,得出了珠海既有市属学校建筑结构类型以框架结构为主,主要采用管桩和独立基础,采用单跨框架结构、抗震等级提高导致抗震承载力不足是本批建筑抗震鉴定不满足规范要求的主要原因。提出应注意加强既有网架建筑的安全检查和维护,防止超载使用,新建网架结构宜考虑与主体结构的相互作用,加强设计和施工管理,做好设计文件的存档工作。Interprets the workflow and seismic performance investigation methods of seismic reinforcement projects for important public buildings in earthquake prone areas of Guangdong Province.It statistically analyzes the construction age,seismic performance investigation results,and influencing factors of 193 municipal school buildings in Zhuhai.It is concluded that whether the design is based on the current seismic classification standards is the main factor affecting the seismic performance investigation results;A statistical analysis was conducted on the foundation type,structural type,design seismic fortification category,appraisal conclusion,and cause analysis of 105 buildings undergoing seismic appraisal.It was found that the main structural type of existing municipal schools in Zhuhai is frame structure,mainly using pipe piles and independent foundations,single span frame structure,and insufficient seismic bearing capacity due to increased seismic grade are the main reasons why the seismic appraisal of this batch of buildings does not meet the regulatory requirements.It is proposed to strengthen the safety inspection and maintenance of existing grid structures,prevent overloading,consider the interaction between new grid structures and the main structure,strengthen design and construction management,and do a good job in archiving design documents.
