摘 要:通过研究部分框支剪力墙结构框支梁上剪力墙首层计算结果大量超限的影响因素,指出重力荷载偏心产生弯矩是造成计算结果超限的主要因素。计算软件在剪力墙平面内存在不同厚度的情况下的简化处理会对构件产生弯矩偏差,提出在应力集中处利用建筑的翻边及窗台设置钢筋混凝土受力构件以减少墙肢底反力,从而减少墙底的弯矩、剪力以及调整转换构件位置以减小转换层上一层墙底反力偏心,可以减少或消除墙肢抗弯、抗剪承载力计算超限问题。By studying the factors affecting the calculation results of the first floor of shear walls on frame-supported beams of partially frame-supported shear wall structures,it is pointed out that the bending moment generated by the gravity load eccentricity is the main factor causing the calculation results to exceed the limit.Calculation software in the plane of the shear wall exists in different thicknesses of the case of simplified processing will produce bending moment deviation of the member,proposed in the stress concentration of the use of the building's flap and sill of the reinforced concrete force members to reduce the bottom of the wall limb reaction,thereby reducing the bottom of the wall bending moment and shear force,and the adjustment of the location of conversion elements to reduce the conversion level of the upper level of the bottom of the wall reaction eccentricity,can be reduced or eliminated bending resistance and shear capacity of the problem of over-limit.
