剪力墙竖向结构布置的优化分析

摘  要:针对典型高层剪力墙住宅结构的墙体竖向布置进行合理探讨和分析,通过研究和计算分析实际工程案例,发现结构设计1/2楼高特别是2/3楼高以上的结构侧向刚度很大,相对于满足层间位移角的要求有较大的富余;在竖向结构布置上,除了可以通过逐渐减少剪力墙截面厚度和砼强度等级的方法,而且可以通过在一定的楼高范围以上减少剪力墙长度的方法达到符合层间位移角的要求,并具备更好的经济性。剪力墙长度可沿竖向高度分区逐步减短,当层刚度减少15%以下时,层间位移角曲线仍保持光滑;当层刚度减少25%时,层间位移角曲线产生突变。The vertical wall layout of typical high-rise shear wall residential structures is reasonably discussed and analyzed.Through the research and calculation of practical engineering cases,it is found that the lateral stiffness of structures above 1/2 floor height,especially 2/3 floor height,is very large,and there is a large excess relative to meeting the requirements of interstory displacement Angle.In vertical structure layout,in addition to gradually reducing the section thickness of shear wall and the strength grade of concrete,it can also reduce the length of shear wall above a certain height range to meet the requirements of the standard inter-story displacement Angle and have better economy.The length of shear wall can be gradually shortened along the vertical height.When the stiffness of the shear wall is reduced by less than 15%,the displacement angle curve remains smooth.When the stiffness of the layer is reduced by 25%,the displacement angle curve between the layers will change abruptly.
