Key Points for the Design and Construction of Double Line Pipe-jacking in the Common Pit for Liwan Lake Scenic Area in Guangzhou City

摘　　要：为了解决广州市荔湾区荔湾涌片区清污分流及城市内涝等问题,对中山八路渠箱进行清污分流设计。由于该段管道处于景区内,环境敏感,且顶管井紧挨湖边,止水难度较大,同时管道覆土浅对于顶管控制有不利影响,使得该段管道十分具有典型性。本文通过对该段管道设计及施工所遇到的重难点问题及解决措施进行总结。总结认为浅覆土下穿河流顶管具有可行性,采取管顶压重的措施对于控制顶管的上浮等问题具有有利影响,同时对于近距离平行双线顶管,两管道之间土体的沉降是一个不容忽视的问题,应结合实际情况采取相应措施。In order to solve the problems of clean and sewage diversion and urban waterlogging in the Liwan District,Guangzhou City,a clean and sewage diversion design was carried out for the Zhongshan Eighth Road Canal Box.Due to its location within the scenic area,the pipeline is environmentally sensitive,and the pipe-jacking well is located close to the lake,making it difficult to stop water.At the same time,the shallow soil cover of the pipeline has a negative impact on the pipe-jacking control,making it very typical.Summarizes the key and difficult problems encountered in the design and construction of this pipeline,as well as the corresponding solutions.It is concluded that it is feasible to use shallow soil to cross rivers for pipe jacking,and adopting measures such as increasing the thickness of soil cover has a beneficial impact on controlling the upward movement of the pipe jacking.At the same time,for close distance parallel double line pipe jacking,the settlement of the soil between the two pipelines is an issue that cannot be ignored,and corresponding measures should be taken based on the actual situation.
