摘　　要：以广州市某建设项目的预制小箱梁制作运输安装为研究对象,通过施工过程中的数据收集对比分析,研究分析影响预制小箱梁施工质量的各种因素,确定主次影响要素,提出并实施有针对性的有效应对措施,大幅提高了后续预制小箱梁的施工质量。The study focuses on the production,transportation,and installation of prefabricated small box girders in a construction project in Guangzhou.Through data collection and comparative analysis during the construction process,various factors affecting the construction quality of prefabricated small box girders are studied and analyzed.The primary and secondary influencing factors are determined,and targeted and effective measures are proposed and implemented to significantly improve the construction quality of subsequent prefabricated small box girders.
