绿色建材推广应用现状与思考——基于广东情况分析

摘　　要：为了贯彻绿色发展理念,近年出台了一系列支持绿色建材发展的鼓励政策。通过概述和分析广东绿色建材推广政策法规、发展规划、产品认证等现状,深入分析绿色建材推广过程中存在的工程项目应用较少、供给与需求信息不畅通、缺少绿色建材定额造价,相关标准制度不健全等不足,提出制定采信应用的目标计划、全面开展绿色建材试点试范工作、建立绿色建材产品推广应用目录、加强建设项目全过程制度建立健全和管理、加大财税扶持及奖励力度、打造绿色建材创新平台、加强宣传绿色消费理念等措施,助力绿色建材广泛应用和建筑业高质量发展。In order to implement the concept of green development,a series of incentive policies have been introduced in recent years to support the development of green building materials.By summarizing and analyzing the current situation of Guangdong's green building materials promotion policies and regulations,development planning,product certification,etc.,deeply analyzes the shortcomings in the promotion process of green building materials,such as limited application of engineering projects,lack of smooth supply and demand information,lack of green building materials quota cost,and incomplete relevant standard systems.Propose measures such as developing a target plan for the application of green building materials,comprehensively carrying out pilot testing of green building materials,establishing a catalog for promoting and applying green building materials products,strengthening the establishment and management of the entire process system of construction projects,increasing financial and tax support and rewards,creating an innovative platform for green building materials,and strengthening the promotion of green consumption concepts to promote the widespread application of green building materials and the high-quality development of the construction industry.
