摘 要:针对在役、在建桥梁混凝土质量评价问题,依托某高速互通主线桥工程,结合现有常用混凝土无损检测技术,提出基于弹性波CT法与超声法的混凝土质量评价体系。研究结果表明:弹性波CT法与超声法的检测结果,基本一致,提高了检测结果的可信度;混凝土质量评价体系的提出,使检测结果定量化;三维模型的建立,使检测结果更直观。本文简要介绍了弹性波CT与超声法原理,用实例详细介绍了二者检测桥墩混凝土质量时的观测系统布置方式,可为类似工程提供参考。Aiming at the problem of concrete quality evaluation of bridges in service and under construction,relying on the main bridge project of an expressway,and through the existing common concrete nondestructive testing technology,a concrete quality evaluation system based on elastic wave CT method and ultrasonic method is proposed.The research results show that the testing results of elastic wave CT method and ultrasonic method are basically consistent,which improves the reliability of the testing results;The concrete quality evaluation system is proposed,which makes the test results quantitative;The establishment of 3D model makes the test results more intuitive.The principle of elastic wave CT and ultrasonic method is briefly introduced,and the layout of observation system when they detect the quality of bridge pier concrete is introduced in detail with examples,which can provide reference for similar projects.
