摘 要:研究建立多级评价指标体系,并通过层次分析法分配权重;采用改进的径向基函数神经网络,结合遗传算法优化网络参数,以增强模型的鲁棒性和预测精度。研究结果显示,研究方法在模型稳定性和损失最小化方面表现最佳。经济效益分析显示,玻璃钢夹砂管在运营维护成本节约59.93%,节能效益提高118.97%,折旧与摊销成本降低28.15%,显著降低运营维护成本。研究表明,玻璃钢夹砂管在水利工程中具有经济适用性,可为工程材料选择提供决策依据。The research method started by identifying the key influencing factors on the economic benefits of DN2400 FRP sand-filled pipes through literature review and expert interviews.Then,a multi-level evaluation index system is established and weights are assigned through the analytic hierarchy process.An improved radial basis function neural network is used,combined with a genetic algorithm to optimize network parameters to enhance the robustness and prediction accuracy of the model.Research results show that the GA-RBF algorithm performs best in terms of model stability and loss minimization.Economic benefit analysis shows that FRP sand-filled pipes save 59.93%in operation and maintenance costs,increase energy-saving benefits by 118.97%,and reduce depreciation and amortization costs by 28.15%,highlighting their economic advantages.
