《张聿青医案》基于《黄帝内经》理论治疗泄泻学术特点探析

摘　　要：通过研究清末名医张聿青的泄泻医案,探析张聿青运用并发挥《黄帝内经》中的理论治疗泄泻的经验与学术特点。张氏根据《黄帝内经》理论,强调湿邪为泄泻的主要致病因素,重视脏腑之间的平衡关系,综合运用温化寒痰、淡渗分利、苦寒燥湿等方法来应对湿邪。张聿青治疗泄泻的经验中不仅蕴含了大量的《黄帝内经》理论,还充分体现出他个人的学术特色,如强调肝脏对于泄泻的影响、善于运用消食药与风药治疗泄泻。By studying the diarrhea medical case of Zhang Yuqing,a famous doctor in the late Qing Dynasty,this study explores Zhang Yuqing s experience and academic characteristics in using and utilizing the theories in Huangdi Neijing to treat diarrhea.According to Huangdi Neijing,wet evil is the primary causative element,and it emphasizes the balancing connection between the viscera,treating wet evil with warming cold phlegm,including diuresis and excreting dampness,drying dampness and resolving phlegm,and other ways.Zhang Yuqing s expertise with diarrhea not only includes numerous Huangdi Neijing concepts but also shows his own academic qualities,such as stressing the liver s effects on diarrhea and being adept at treating spleen and stomach illnesses with digestant drugs and wind medicine.
