摘 要:目的:建立茜草炭配方颗粒的超高效液相(UPLC)指纹图谱,为茜草炭配方颗粒的质量控制提供科学依据。方法:采用UPLC法,ACQUITY UPLC BEH 300 C 18(2.1 mm×150 mm,1.7μm)为色谱柱;以乙腈-0.1%甲酸溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱;流速为0.3 mL/min;柱温为30℃;检测波长为260 nm。结果:建立了茜草炭配方颗粒的UPLC指纹图谱,确定了7个共有峰,并指认其中1个化学成分,为异茜草素,其相似度结果均在0.9以上。结论:所建立的茜草炭配方颗粒指纹图谱精密度高、稳定性好,可为茜草炭配方颗粒的化学成分研究及质量控制提供参考。Objective To establish the UPLC fingerprint of Carbonized Rubiae Radix et Rhizoma(cRRR)formula Granules for identifying and evaluating its quality.Methods The UPLC analysis was performed on ACQUITY UPLC BEH 300 C 18(2.1 mm×150 mm,1.7μm)column with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1%formic acid by gradient elution.The flow rate was 0.3 mL/min.The column temperature was 30℃.The detection wavelength was 260 nm.Results The UPLC fingerprint was established,7 common peaks were selected as the character fingerprint peaks with the identified of 1,3-dihydroxyanthraquinone.The similarity between the fingerprints of the 11 batches of cRRR formula Granules and the control fingerprints was all above 0.9.Conclusion The established fingerprint is stable and reliable,which can provide a reference for the study of chemical components and quality control of cRRR formula Granules.
