基于手机信令数据的宁波市医疗资源均等性评估

摘　　要：目前对医疗资源均等性的评估大多基于传统数据,仅从供或需单一方面开展,其结果不够全面。鉴于此,采用POI数据和手机信令等多源大数据,从供给和需求双向出发,对宁波市医疗资源的均等性进行综合评估。结果表明,宁波市医疗资源整体均等性较好,但局部地区仍存在不均等现象,需要针对各地区的具体情况制定合适的政策,以发展各区医疗资源。Most of the current medical resource equalization evaluation is based on traditional data,from the single aspect of supply or demand,and its results are not comprehensive enough.Therefore,we used multi-source big data such as POI data and mobile phone signaling data to comprehensively evaluate the medical resource equalization of Ningbo City from both supply and demand.The results show that the overall medical resource equalization of Ningbo City is good,but the phenomenon of local inequality still exists,and it is necessary to formulate appropriate policies to develop medical resource in each region according to the specific condition of each region.
