摘  要:为揭示定、转子叶轮间隙宽度对水介质缓速器制动力矩的影响,基于自主研发的水介质缓速器样机结构模型,采用CFD仿真计算方法,在转子叶轮转速2 000 r/min工况下,以0.5 mm作为分段值,分别对0.5~5.0 mm的10个叶轮间隙宽度进行计算对比分析。结果表明:制动力矩计算结果绝对值在间隙为1.5 mm时最大;进一步,制动力矩计算结果绝对值在间隙为1~2 mm将达到最大值。定、转子叶轮之间的间隙并非越小越好,间隙值较佳选用区间为[1,2] mm。该研究为进行水介质缓速器样机结构优化设计与应用提供参考。In order to reveal the impact of the gap width between stator and rotor on aquatarder’s braking torque,based on the independently-developed aquatarder prototype structure model,using the CFD simulation calculation method,with 0.5 mm as a segmental value,10 impeller gap width values in[0.5,5]mm were calculated and comparatively analyzed under the work condition of rotor impeller at 2000 r/min speed.The results showed that in the gap value of[0.5,5.0]mm,at the selected 10 impeller gap values,the absolute value of braking torque calculation result was the largest when the gap was 1.5 mm,and further reached the maximum value when the gap value range was[1,2]mm.The gap between stator and rotor was not the smaller the better,and the better option range was between[1,2]mm.The study provides a reference for the optimization design and application of aquatarder prototype structure.
