摘 要:以直拉杆的空间运动轨迹为研究对象,分析板簧弧高变化对直拉杆长度的影响。利用图解法计算板簧弧高在压平、满载、空载3种工况下对直拉杆长度的影响,结果表明,板簧弧高对直拉杆Z向、X向尺寸有影响,但对直拉杆的斜长影响不大。该研究为了解直拉杆的运动趋势、进一步准确设计直拉杆长度提供了参考。The spatial motion track of straight rod was taken as the research object.By studying the influence of spring arc height on straight rod length,the influence of spring arc height on straight rod length was calculated in three working conditions:flattening,full load and no load.The results showed that the arc height of leaf spring had an effect on the Z and X dimensions of the straight rod,but had little effect on the oblique length of the straight rod.This study provides a reference direction for understanding the movement trend of straight rods and further accurately designing the length of straight rods.
