摘  要:本文对废旧沥青混合料(RAP)厂拌热再生技术各环节关键技术问题和最新研究成果进行综述。分析了沥青老化机理和老化后的多尺度变化规律,总结基质沥青和SBS改性沥青的再生方法与再生剂研究进展。通过分析RAP的性能特点和变异性,引入了最新的预处理技术。评述了厂拌热再生沥青混合料和沥青路面的性能特点,对比了间歇式和连续式厂拌设备及工艺,介绍了工程应用情况和效益,明确了厂拌热再生技术在节能减排、经济环保方面的优势。本文在分析现有厂拌热再生技术最新研究进展的同时,提出了存在的问题和未来发展方向,助力厂拌热再生技术的革新和推广应用。This paper reviews the key technical challenges and recent advancements in reclaimed as⁃phalt pavement hot central plant recycling(HCPR)technology.It begins by analyzing the aging mechanism of asphalt and the multi-scale variation law after aging.Additionally,it summarizes re⁃search progress on recycling methods and rejuvenators for both base asphalt and SBS modified asphalt.Furthermore,it delves into the performance characteristics and variability of RAP while introducing the latest preprocessing technology.The paper also examines the performance characteristics of HCPR asphalt mixture and asphalt pavement.A comparison between intermittent and continuous HCPR equipment and processes is provided,followed by an introduction to engineering applications and ben⁃efits.The advantages of HCPR technology in energy conservation,emission reduction,economy,and environmental protection are elucidated.Drawing on the latest research advancements in existing HCPR technology,the paper identifies potential shortcomings and proposes future development direc⁃tions.Ultimately,it aims to facilitate innovation and application within HCPR domain.
