摘 要:针对钛合金板翅式换热器结构特点,确定了加压钎焊的工艺方法,开展了单层钛合金板翅式换热器钎焊仿真分析,并进行了工艺验证。根据换热器结构的受力特点,设计了加压后挡板变形和波纹板变形两种钎焊方式,并设置了不同变形下压量,采用ABAQUS有限元仿真软件对焊接过程进行了分析。结果表明,在单层挡板下压量为0.1 mm时,换热器整体受力均匀,最大应力为170MPa;在单层波纹板下压量为0.3 mm时,波纹板变形均匀,未出现畸变扭曲等缺陷,最大应力为165.8 MPa。设计了单层挡板总高度低于波纹板总高度0.3 mm,先将波纹板下压0.3 mm,再将挡板下压0.1 mm的工艺方案,并进行了验证,制备得到了质量良好、焊接紧密的换热器样件。Based on the structural characteristic of titanium plate fin heat exchanger,the press brazing process is determined.The simulation analysis and process study of single layer brazing titanium plate fin heat exchanger are conducted.Based on the mechanical characteristic of heat exchanger,two differ⁃ent brazing methods,that is,vertical baffle pressing deformation method and corrugated plate pressing deformation method,are designed.Different deformation amounts are designed,and the brazing pro⁃cess is analyzed by ABAQUS finite element simulation software.The results indicate that the vertical baffle experiences slight bending deformation as pressed for 0.1 mm,but the stress of heat exchanger is uniform with maximum stress of 170 MPa.Under the press amount of 0.3 mm,the corrugated plate deforms evenly without distortion defection,and the maximum stress is 165.8 MPa.Based on simula⁃tion results,the height difference between the corrugated plate and the vertical baffle is set to 0.3 mm in final process,the corrugated plate is pressed for 0.3 mm,and the vertical baffle is pressed for 0.1 mm.The process is verified,and the heat exchanger with good quality and tight brazing is produced.
