摘  要:主要介绍了球墨铸铁叉车转向节铸件的技术要求及在DISA线的生产工艺。针对工艺开发过程中遇到的冒口颈缩孔、铸件砂孔、本体试棒性能不合格等问题,通过分析铸造工艺,提出了相应的解决方案。通过采用底注式浇注系统和顶部球型冒口补缩,改进热砂芯的芯头结构,熔炼时加入Cu、Cr等合金元素,采用转运包内一次孕育及在浇注时二次随流孕育强化孕育等措施,成功地在DISA线上生产出了高性能的叉车转向节类铸件。This paper mainly introduces the technical requirements of forklift steering knuckle and the casting process in DISA line.In view of the problems encountered in the process development,such as the shrinkage hole of the riser neck,the sand hole of the casting and the unqualified performance of the test bar,the corresponding solutions were put forward by analyzing the casting process.By adopting the bottom pouring system and the top ball riser feeding,improving the core print structure of the hot sand core,adding Cu,Cr and other alloying elements during melting,adopting the measures of first-inoculation in the transfer ladle and second-inocu-lation in the casting process,the high performance forklift steering joint castings have been successfully produced on the DISA line.
