摘 要:铸造涂料是铸造生产中常用的辅助材料,在铸造过程中可以防止粘砂、烧结等缺陷,并改善铸件表面质量。为了对铸造涂料的浓度更加精确控制,基于测量系统分析方法,使用量筒、密度杯、黏度杯三种铸造涂料浓度测量方法进行分析试验。结果表明,三种测量方法均满足日常检测要求,但使用密度杯测量方法具有更好的重复性与再现性,可以更有效地保证产品一致性,提升产品质量。Casting coating is a commonly used auxiliary material in casting production,which can prevent sand,sintering and oth-er defects in the casting process,and improve the surface quality of castings.In order to control the concentration of casting coating more accurately,three kinds of measuring methods,namely measuring cylinder,density cup and viscosity cup,were used to analyze and test the concentration of casting coating based on the measuring system analysis method.The results show that the three measure-ment methods meet the requirements of daily detection.However,the use of density cup measurement method has better repeatability and reproducibility,which can more effectively ensure product consistency and improve product quality.
