摘 要:针对HPD(高压压铸)模具粘铝问题,结合模具粘铝产生机理进行了分析,认为局部区域脱模剂喷涂不足,以及模具部分区域表面温度高、粗糙度大、拔模角度小等导致了HPD模具粘铝故障。结合生产实际,改善脱模剂喷涂技术、优化模具粗糙度及拔模斜度、控制冷却水浊度等措施,大幅降低了模具粘铝的故障率,提升了铸件品质和生产效率。Aiming at the problem of aluminum sticking in HPD(high pressure die casting)die,the mechanism of aluminum stick-ing in die was analyzed.It was found that the release agent spraying in local area was insufficient,the surface temperature of some die areas was high,the roughness was large,and the die was pulled out The small Angle led to the failure of HPD mold aluminum stick-ing.Combined with the actual production,measures such as improving the release agent spraying technology,optimizing the mold roughness and die slope,and controlling the turbidity of cooling water have greatly reduced the failure rate of mold aluminum sticking,and improved the casting quality and production efficiency.
