摘 要:中国铸造业作为传统产业,面对危机与挑战,加快了AI场景应用的创新,目前正逐渐渗透入各种应用场景,本文综述了从铸造缺陷检测、铸造工艺、工艺仿真模拟、制造系统构建等方面AI的应用场景,各种应用采用了深度学习等多种优化算法及算法组合,随着人工智能技术的快速发展,AI的应用将为铸造行业带来创新和革命性的变革。这些应用不仅提升了铸造企业的生产效率和产品质量,还为企业带来了更多发展空间。As a traditional industry,China foundry industry has accelerated the innovation of AI scene application in the face of cri-sis and challenge.At present,it is gradually infiltrating into various application scenarios.At present,it involves many applications such as defect detection,casting technology,process simulation,manufacturing system construction,etc.Various applications have a-dopted many optimization algorithms and algorithm combinations such as deep learning.With the rapid development of artificial intelli-gence technology,the application of AI will bring innovation and revolutionary changes to the foundry industry.These applications not only improve the production efficiency and product quality of foundry enterprises,but also bring more development space for enterprises.
