摘 要:试验采用碱法焙烧-碱浸提钒法对钒精矿中的钒进行浸出。结果表明,钒精矿的焙烧过程采用NaCl+Na_(2)CO_(3)作为添加剂,温度对钒精矿焙烧效果影响较大。温度为750 ℃时,钒浸出率可达84.05%。添加剂用量对钒精矿焙烧效果有一定影响,当添加剂NaCl用量为200 kg/t精矿,Na_(2)CO_(3)用量为200 kg/t精矿时,钒浸出率可达81.31%。提高焙砂浸出温度,有利于钒的浸出。焙砂采用碳酸钠溶液浸出,有利于提高钒浸出率。Na_(2)CO_(3)浓度为1 mol/L时,钒浸出率可超过80%。The experiment adopts the alkaline roasting alkaline leaching vanadium method to leach vanadium from vanadium concentrate.The results indicate that the roasting process of vanadium concentrate uses NaCl+Na_(2)CO_(3) as additives,and temperature has a significant impact on the roasting effect of vanadium concentrate.At a temperature of 750℃,the vanadium leaching rate can reach 84.05%.The dosage of additives has a certain impact on the roasting effect of vanadium concentrate,when the dosage of NaCl additives is 200 kg/t of concentrate and Na_(2)CO_(3) is 200 kg/t of concentrate,the vanadium leaching rate can reach 81.31%.Raising the leaching temperature of calcined sand is beneficial for the leaching of vanadium.The use of sodium carbonate solution for leaching of calcined sand is beneficial for improving the vanadium leaching rate.When the concentration of Na_(2)CO_(3) is 1 mol/L,the vanadium leaching rate can exceed 80%.
