建筑垃圾再生微粉资源化利用的试验研究

摘  要:为提高建筑垃圾再生微粉的利用率和附加值,采用碱激发、机械研磨及两种激发方法复合的方式对再生微粉进行活性激发,使用再生微粉替代部分水泥(掺量30%)制备胶砂试块,经标准养护28 d后以抗压强度检测结果评价再生微粉的活性激发效果。结果表明,Ca(OH)_(2)与Na_(2)SO_(3)·9H_(2)O以1∶1的比例混合球磨15 min,激发剂掺量为2.5%,再生微粉活性最好。养护28 d后,与全部使用普通硅酸盐水泥作为胶凝材料的对照组相比,以Ca(OH)_(2)+Na_(2)SO_(3)·9H_(2)O为激发剂,使用再生微粉取代部分水泥制备的胶砂试块抗压强度仅下降1.82%,与粉煤灰取代部分水泥(掺量30%)的对照组相比,前者抗压强度明显更高。In order to improve the utilization rate and added value of recycled micro powder from construction waste,alkaline excitation,mechanical grinding,and a combination of two excitation methods are used to excite the activity of recycled micro powder,and recycled micro powder is used to replace some cement(with a content of 30%)to prepare rubber sand test blocks,after 28 d of standard curing,the compressive strength test results are used to evaluate the activity excitation effect of recycled micro powder.The results show that Ca(OH)_(2) and Na_(2)SO_(3)·9H_(2)O are mixed and ball milled in a 1∶1 ratio for 15 min,with an activator content of 2.5%,and the recycled micro powder has the best activity.After 28 d of curing,compared with the control group that uses only ordinary Portland cement as the cementitious material,the compressive strength of the rubber sand test block prepared by using Ca(OH)_(2)+Na_(2)SO_(3)·9H_(2)O as the activator and partially replacing cement with recycled micro powder decreases by only 1.82%,compared with the control group that partially replaces cement with fly ash(with a dosage of 30%),the compressive strength of the former is significantly higher.
