摘  要:闸门的安全评价对于闸门可靠运行具有重要意义。从闸门外观检测、腐蚀量检测、焊缝超声波无损检测、材料检测、结构应力检测、复核计算、启闭机现状与运行状况检测以及启闭力检测等角度出发,对已到检修期的新安江水电站6#、7#机组进行安全检测,综合安全检测结果,依据相关规程、规范,对进水口工作门及启闭机进行安全评定。研究结果表明,进水口工作闸门和启闭机安全等级评定为“安全”,并对启闭机液压泵站及现地运行控制系统布置位置给出了整改建议。本研究为其他电站闸门的安全检测提供了科学依据。Safety evaluation is of great significance to ensure the reliable operation of gates.In this study,various aspects were considered,including patrol inspection,corrosion inspection,ultrasonic testing of gate welds by the pulse reflection method,material inspection,structural stress detection and check calculation of gates,status and operation detection of hoists,and hoisting capacity detection.These safety inspections were carried out on the 6#and 7#units of the Xin’anjiang Hydropower Station during their maintenance period.Based on the comprehensive safety inspection results and in accordance with relevant regulations and standards,safety assessments were conducted for the working gates of the intake and the hoist.The research findings indicated a“safe”safety classification for the working gates of the intake and the hoist.Moreover,suggestions were proposed to improve the arrangement of the hydraulic gate and hoist pumping station and the on-site operating control system.These findings serve as a scientific basis for safety inspection of gates in other hydropower stations.
