摘 要:柳州市高新技术产业开发区(简称柳州高新区)根据《国家高新区绿色发展专项行动实施方案》(国科发火〔2021〕28号)的要求,按照可操作、可实施的原则,根据园区碳达峰情景预测,编制高新区碳达峰行动路线。通过积极优化能源结构,推动园区工业生产低碳化,全面推进园区绿色交通,提高新建设施低碳标准,提升生态碳汇能力,全方面探索柳州高新区碳达峰行动路线,控制碳排放量,降低碳排放强度,实现柳州高新区绿色发展和高质量发展。Liuzhou High Tech Industrial Development Zone(referred to as Liuzhou High Tech Zone),in accordance with the requirements of the Implementation Plan for the National High Tech Zone Green Development Special Action(Guoke Fahuo〔2021〕No.28),and based on the principles of operability and implementability,predicts the carbon peak scenario in the park and formulates the action route for carbon peak in the High Tech Zone.By actively optimizing the energy structure,promoting low-carbon industrial production in the park,comprehensively promoting green transportation in the park,improving the low-carbon standards of newly built facilities and enhancing the ecological carbon sink capacity,the Liuzhou High Tech Zone has explored a carbon peak action plan in all aspects,controlled carbon emissions,reduced carbon emission intensity,and achieved green and high-quality development in the Liuzhou High Tech Zone.
