摘 要:厨余垃圾处理是城市环境管理中的重要问题,厌氧发酵技术因其可以有效将厨余垃圾资源化的特点备受关注。深入探讨厌氧发酵技术在厨余垃圾资源化中的应用,分析相关案例,介绍厌氧发酵技术在厨余垃圾资源化中的原理和优势。通过实际案例,介绍干式厌氧发酵和湿式厌氧发酵技术在实际应用中的工艺流程,进一步比选发酵后产生的沼气利用方式,并给出该项最终处理效果,发现厌氧发酵技术可以有效处理厨余垃圾,有利于实现更好的环境和资源利用效益。kitchen waste treatment is an important issue in urban environmental management,and anaerobic fermentation technology has attracted much attention for its ability to effectively resource kitchen waste.The application of anaerobic fermentation technology in kitchen waste resource utilization is discussed in depth,and relevant cases are analyzed to introduce the principles and advantages of anaerobic fermentation technology in kitchen waste resource utilization.Through actual cases,the process flow of dry anaerobic fermentation and wet anaerobic fermentation technology in practical application is introduced,and the utilization of biogas produced after fermentation is further compared,and the final treatment effect of the project is given,which reveals that the anaerobic fermentation technology can effectively deal with the kitchen waste,which is conducive to realizing the benefits of a better environment and resource utilization.
