摘 要:曝气系统节能是污水处理厂碳减排的关键,研究曝气系统节能对推进污水处理行业的碳减排具有重要意义。分析我国污水处理厂曝气系统能耗较高的原因,总结曝气系统节能的主要技术途径,为污水处理厂曝气系统低碳运行提供参考。经分析,主要原因有3点,即进水负荷低,曝气设备和推流搅拌设备配置不合理,曝气设备效率低。主要技术途径有3条,即利用高效曝气设备进行替换,表面曝气替换为底部微孔曝气,开展间歇曝气和精确曝气。The energy-saving of aeration system is the key to carbon reduction in sewage treatment plants,and studying the energy-saving of aeration system is of great significance for promoting carbon reduction in the sewage treatment industry.The reasons for the high energy consumption of aeration systems is analyzed in sewage treatment plants in China,and the main technical approaches for energy conservation are summarized in aeration systems,thus providing reference for lowcarbon operation of aeration systems in sewage treatment plants.After analysis,there are three main reasons,namely low inlet load,unreasonable configuration of aeration equipment and push flow mixing equipment,and low efficiency of aeration equipment.There are three main technical approaches,namely using high-efficiency aeration equipment for replacement,replacing surface aeration with bottom microporous aeration,and carrying out intermittent aeration and precise aeration.
