摘  要:2-O-α-D-吡喃葡糖基-L-抗坏血酸(AA2G)的稳定性与配方体系相关,探讨不同的工艺条件对AA2G稳定性的影响,并通过斑马鱼美白功效测试,得出其最佳的开发及应用条件。结果表明,在有缓冲体系的前提下,先采用10%KOH溶液调节体系的pH值至6.0~7.0,再加入配方中,能提高活性成分AA2G的稳定性。AA2G is a glycoside derivative of Vitamin C.When added into skin care products as a skin care ingredient,it undergoes enzymatic reactions with skin enzymes andα-glucosidase,slowly releasing the contained Vitamin C(VC)to exert its skincare benefits,such as fading dark spots,whitening,and anti-aging effects.Since the stability of AA2G is related to the formulation system,the influence of different process conditions on the stability of AA2G has been discussed,and the best development and application conditions have been obtained by testing the whitening efficacy of zebrafish.The results showed that the stability of AA2G could be improved by adjusting the pH value of the system to 6.0~7.0 with 10%KOH solution,and then adding it to the application condition of the material.
