摘　　要：透明质酸锌(Zinc hyaluronate,HA-Zn)是一种新型的透明质酸衍生物原料,具有促进创伤愈合、抗微生物、抗氧化等功效。本文使用2种细胞人皮脂腺细胞SZ95和人真皮乳头细胞HDPC,通过体外实验证明了透明质酸锌具有抗炎和控油的功效,是一种有潜力的皮肤护理活性成分。在二氢睾酮DHT刺激模型实验中,HA-Zn对DHT刺激炎症因子IL-8、IL-6的释放具有显著抑制效果,抑制率能达到55.5%、32.8%。HA-Zn对SZ95细胞脂质分泌的抑制率能达到31%。Zinc hyaluronate(HA-Zn)is a zinc salt of hyaluronic acid,which is a new kind of raw material of hyaluronic acid derivatives,and has the effect of promoting wound healing,anti-microbial and anti-oxidation.In this study,two kinds of cells,human sebaceous gland cell SZ95 and human dermal papilla cell HDPC,were used to demonstrate the anti-inflammatory and oil-control effects of zinc hyaluronate,which is a potential active ingredient in skin care.In the DHT stimulation model experiment,HA-Zn has a significant inhibitory effect on the release of DHT-stimulated inflammatory factors IL-8 and IL-6,with the inhibition rates of 55.5%and 32.8%,respectively.The inhibitory rate of HA-Zn on the lipid secretion in SZ95 cells reached 31%.
