中草药中金属元素含量对聚丙烯酸类增稠剂的影响

摘  要:测定了11款常用化妆品级中草药提取物的14种金属元素含量,并通过电导率测定法分析金属元素含量与电导率关系。结果表明,中草药提取物中K、Na、Mg、Ca含量最高,且中草药提取物有效成分含量越高,金属离子越高,呈正相关;中草药提取物的电导率与金属元素含量存在正相关性,电导率高的中草药提取物,金属元素含量都较高。中草药提取物中带入的微量金属元素会降低体系黏度,影响化妆品配方稳定性。根据分子交联度筛选出6款代表性的聚丙烯酸类增稠剂,进行耐离子性能测试,结果表明,聚丙烯酸类交联度越低,耐离子性能越强。The contents of 14 metal elements in 11 commonly used cosmetic grade Chinese herbal extracts were determined,and the relationship between metal element content and conductivity was analyzed by conductivity determination.The results showed that the contents of K,Na,Mg,and Ca in the Chinese herbal extracts were the highest,and the higher the content of the active ingredients in the Chinese herbal extracts,the higher the metal ions,which was positively correlated.There was a positive correlation between the conductivity of Chinese herbal extracts and the content of metal elements,and the contents of metal elements were higher in Chinese herbal extracts with high conductivity.The trace metal elements introduced into the extracts of Chinese herbal medicines will reduce the viscosity of the system and affect the stability of cosmetic formulations.In this paper,six representative polyacrylic acid thickeners were screened according to the degree of molecular crosslinking,and the experimental results showed that the lower the degree of polyacrylic acid crosslinking,the stronger the ion resistance performance.
