摘　　要：从乳化剂在化妆品面霜中起到的作用出发,阐述了乳化剂具有乳化分散、活性物增溶、提供特殊的肤感和流变学特性等作用及其分类和用途。介绍了应用在化妆品领域的3大乳化剂:表面活性剂、高分子乳化剂及固体颗粒,为其在面霜中的应用提供参考。最后指出未来化妆品行业更倾向于使用纯天然的乳化剂和复合搭配乳化剂。Based on the vital roles of Emulsifiers in the facial creams of cosmetics.this paper expounds the functions of the emulsifiers,such as emulsification,dispersion,solubilization of active substances,generation of the special skin feeling and the rheological properties,and also their classifications and utilizations.Three types of emulsifiers applied in cosmetics:surfactants,polymer emulsifiers and solid particles are introduced to provide reference for their application in creams.Finally,it is pointed out that in the future,the cosmetic industry will prefer to use natural emulsifiers and complex emulsifiers.
