摘 要:摩擦阻力大、扭矩传递困难是渤海深层开发井钻井技术面临的关键技术难题。在摩擦阻力的影响下钻具易发生屈曲和卡死现象,进而导致钻具扭矩过大,产生钻具断裂、顶驱能力超限、套管和钻柱磨损等问题,严重影响钻井作业效率和钻井成本。为此,在分析现有降摩减阻工具优缺点的基础上,研制了一套新型降摩减阻工具,该工具通过接在钻柱中,与钻柱相对转动,实现降摩减阻功能。然后,通过Landmark软件计算各井段的侧向力大小,确定降摩减阻工具数量及安放位置。最后,选用ZHH3井和ZHH3k井两口重点井,通过模拟计算和实测数据对降摩减阻工具的使用效果进行验证,结果显示,安装降摩减阻工具后,ZHH3井深层扭矩降低了14%,ZHH3k井深层扭矩降低了15%,降摩减阻效果明显,有效提高了钻井作业时效,可为渤海深层开发井钻井降摩减阻作业提供充分参考。High friction resistance and difficult torque transmission are the key technical problems faced by the drilling technology of deep development wells in Bohai Sea.Under the influence of friction resistance,the drill tool is prone to buckling and sticking,leading to excessive torque of the drlltool,fracture of the drill tool,excessive top-drive capacity,casing and drill string wear and other problems,which seriously affect the drilling efficiency and drlling cost.Therefore,on the basis of analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the existing tools for reducing friction and drag,a new set of tools for reducing friction and drag was developed,which was connected to the drill string and rotated relative to the drill string to achieve the function of reducing friction and drag.The Landmark software was used to calculate the lateral forces in each interval and determine the number and placement of tools to reduce friction and drag.Finally,two key wells ZHH3 and ZHH3k were selected to verify the application effect of the friction and drag reduction tool through simulation calculation and measured data.The results show that the deep torque of ZHH3 well and ZHH3k well can be reduced by 14%and 15%respectively after the installation of the friction and drag reduction tool.The effect of friction and drag reduction is obvious,and the drilling time is effectively improved,which can provide sufficient reference for the drilling friction and drag reduction of deep development wells in Bohai Sea.
