摘 要:为提高某天然气处理厂MDEA+UDS复合脱硫溶液CO_(2)吸收性能,解决高含CO_(2)含有机硫天然气净化问题。通过PROMAX工艺模拟软件,对比分析了单乙醇胺(MEA)、二乙醇胺(DEA)、二异丙醇胺(DIPA)3种活化剂CO_(2)吸收及再生性能,考察了复合吸收溶液加入优选活化剂后对有机硫、H2S、CO_(2)吸收效果的影响以及在不同浓度、不同气液比下对CO_(2)的吸收效果影响,并开展现场侧线实验。结果表明:DEA相比其余两种活化剂,CO_(2)吸收率可达83%,且再生后性能恢复率达到50%;在气液比560、溶液质量浓度44%条件下,“MDEA+UDS+DEA”复合脱硫溶液具有良好的H_(2)S、CO_(2)以及有机硫脱除能力,有机硫脱除率为72.6%,净化气H_(2)S、CO_(2)满足一类气标准要求。In order to improve the CO_(2) absorption performance of MDEA+UDS composite desulfurization solution in a natural gas pro-cessing plant and to solve the purification problem of natural gas with high CO_(2) and organic sulfur content,the COz absorption and regen-eration performance of three activators including monoethanolamine(MEA),diethanolamine(DEA)and disopropanolamine(DIPA)were compared and analyzed by PROMAX process simulation software.The effects of the optimized activator on the absorption effect of organic sulfur,H_(2)S,CO_(2) and the absorption effect of CO_(2) at different concentrations and different gas-liquid ratios were investigated,and field side line experiments were carried out.The results show that compared with the other two activators,the CO_(2) absorption rate of DEA can reach 83%,and the recovery rate of DEA after regeneration can reach 50%.Under the condition of gas-liquid ratio of 560 and solution mass concentration of 44%,the"MDEA+UDS+DEA"compound desulfurization solution has good H_(2)S,CO_(2) and organic sulfur removal ability,the organic sulfur removal rate is 72.6%,and the purification gas HS and CO_(2) meet the standard requirements of the first class gas.
