某煤层气区块排水采气泵效影响因素分析

摘  要:针对某煤层气区块排水采气抽油泵效率逐年下降,导致抽油机能耗上升的问题。由于泵效受多种因素影响,故以区块385口井2.6万组生产数据为基础,采用泵效计算模型,结合数理统计方法,分析了泵效分布规律,及供液量、冲程、冲次、沉没度对泵效的影响。结果表明,泵效低于30%的井占比高达85.8%,其中有53.1%的井泵效小于10%;当供液量小于2.0 m3/d时,泵效较高;冲程在0.8~1.8 m泵效较低,在2.1~5.0 m泵效较高;统计冲次区间为0~6 r/min,其中冲次小于1 r/min的泵效大于其他冲次;沉没度变化范围在0~140 m,不同沉没度下泵效差异较小。统计规律表明,该区块泵效与冲程和供液量呈正相关,与冲次呈负相关。因此,长冲程、低冲次有利于提高泵效,为提高该区块机采系统效率,达到降本增效的目标提供支撑。Aiming at the problem that the efficiency of drainage gas extraction pump in a coalbed methane block decreases year by year,leading to the increase of energy consumption of oil pumping unit,the research was carried out.Since the pump efficiency was affected by many factors,26,000 sets of production data of 385 wells in the block were used as the foundation of research,then the pump efficiency calculation model was adopted,combined with mathematical statistics method,and the analyses were conducted around the distribution law of pump efficiency,and the influence of liquid supply,stroke,stroke times and sunk degree on pump effi-ciency.The results show that 85.86%of the wells have pumping efficiency less than 30%,and 53.14%of the wells have pumping effi-ciency less than 10%.When the liquid supply is less than 2.0m^(3)/d,the pump efficiency is higher.The pump efficiency is lower when the stroke is between 0.8 and 1.8 m,and higher when the stroke is between 2.1 and 5.0 m.The statistical stroke interval is 0~6 r/min,in which the pump efficiency of the stroke less than 1 r/min is greater than that of other strokes.The variation range of submer-gence is O~140 m,and the dfference of pump efficiency is small under different submergence.The statistical rule shows that the pump efficiency in this block is positively correlated with stroke and liquid supply,and negatively correlated with stroke times.There fore,the long stroke and low stroke times are conducive to improving the pump efficiency,and provide support for improving the effi-ciency of the block mining system and achieving the goal of reducing cost and increasing efficiency.
