摘  要:中原油田东濮老区原油稳定系统集中优化工程项目顺利投产,实现了地面集输系统优化、节能降耗,但管输未稳定原油对管线运行提出了更高的要求,增大了原油计量难度。在原有计量方式不变的情况下,为了提高未稳定原油计量的准确性,进行技术创新如下:未稳定原油采样速度的控制、密度测定时温度的调整、计量器具的优选、含水测定均化时间的优化等。结果表明:计量技术的创新,使未稳定原油密度和含水测定的重复性、再现性完全符合国家标准要求,有效提高了未稳定原油计量的准确性,填补了国内未稳定原油计量技术的空白。The centralized optimization project of crude oil stabilization system in Dongpu old area of Zhongyuan Oilfield was put into operation successfully,which realized the optimization of surface gathering and transportation system,energy saving and consumption reduction.But the pipeline transportation of unstable crude oil put forward higher requirements for pipeline operation and increased the difficulty of crude oil measurement.In order to improve the accuracy of unstable crude oil measurement,technological innovation must be carried out when the original measurement method remains unchanged.The contents include:the control of sampling speed of unstable crude oil,the adjustment of temperature during density measurement,the selection of measuring instruments,the optimiza-tion of water content measurement homogenization time,etc.The results show that the innovation of measurement technology makes the repeatability and reproducibility of the measurement of unstable crude oil density and water content fully meet the requirements of national standards,which effectively improves the accuracy of the measurement of unstable crude oil,and fills the gap of domestic un-stable crude oil measurement technology.
