摘　　要：测量管是科里奥利质量流量传感器的核心部件,其选型和校核对于流量计的准确性和稳定性至关重要。主要探讨了高压天然气质量流量计的测量管选型及校核方法。确定了测量管管型,包括单管型、双管型和连续管型,并比较了它们的优缺点。依据流量计的流体流量、压降等因素,进行了测量管规格的选型。分析了测量管选型过程中应考虑的其他因素,如气体的流速和典型流速范围等。研究结果为高压天然气质量流量计的测量管选型提供了依据,有助于提高流量计的准确性和稳定性。The measuring tube is the core component of Coriolis mass flow sensors,and its selection and verification are crucial to the accuracy and stability of the flow meter.This paper mainly discussed the measuring tube selection and checking method of high pressure natural gas mass flow meter.The measuring tube types,including single tube type,double tube type and continuous tube type,were de-termined,and their advantages and disadvantages were compared.According to the flowmeter fluid flow,pressure drop and other factors,the selection of measuring tube specifications was carried out.Other factors that should be considered in the selection of measuring tube,such as gas flow rate and typical flow rate range,were analyzed.The research results provide a basis for the selection of the measuring tube of the high-pressure natural gas mass flow meter,and help to improve the accuracy and stability of the flow meter.
