摘 要:随着我国海上平台逐渐进入超期服役状态,海洋模块钻机超龄现象日趋严重,因此针对超期服役模块钻机的完整性评价尤为重要。由于长期海洋环境的作用、材料的老化、交变载荷、持续处于动态的大载荷状态下,海洋模块钻机底座承载安全受到关注。根据实际测绘数据建立超期服役海洋模块钻机底座有限元模型,结合静、动态试验测试,评价超期服役模块钻机底座的承载能力与工作性能。该方法对于超期服役模块钻机底座完整性评价具有指导意义。As China's offshore platforms gradually enter the state of out-of-service,the phenomenon of out-of-age of offshore module drilling rig is becoming more and more serious,so the integrity evaluation of out-of-service module drilling rig is particularly impor-tant.Due to the role of long-term Marine environment,aging of materials,alternating load and continuous dynamic large load state,the load safety of offshore module drlling rig has been concerned.Based on the actual surveying and mapping data,the finite element model of the base of the offshore module drilling rig is established in this paper,and the bearing capacity and working performance of the base of the offshore module drilling rig are evaluated by static and dynamic test.This method is of guiding significance for the in-tegrity evaluation of the base of the module drlling rig with extended service.
