新疆黑山低阶煤镜质组的分离及其微生物降解研究

摘  要:利用重液离心法分离出新疆黑山低阶煤中的镜质组,采用土壤水微菌对低阶煤镜质组进行降解实验。通过偏光显微镜分析结果可知,镜质组的最佳分离密度区间为1.15~1.20 kg/m^(3),此区间内镜质组的富集产率达到92.50%。土壤水微菌降解镜质组的最佳工艺条件为:煤浆浓度0.60 g/50 mL培养基,菌液用量8 mL/50 mL培养基,降解时间13 d,此时降解率为24.35%。FTIR分析和XRD分析结果表明,微生物降解后,镜质组的脂肪烃、芳香烃吸收峰减弱,羧基和硝基的吸收峰消失,芳香层间距增加,芳香层数减小,说明镜质组中的有机大分子已被土壤水微菌降解为小分子。GC-MS分析结果表明,镜质组的液相产物中主要含有脂肪烃、芳香烃、酯类和胺类等小分子物质,其中脂肪烃类物质的含量最高。The vitrinite in Xinjiang Heishan low rank coal was separated by heavy liquid centrifugation,and the biodegradation experiments of low rank coal were carried out by Aquamicrobium terea.The results of polarizing microscope analysis showed that the optimum separation density of vitrinite was in the range of 1.15~1.20 kg/m~3,and the vitrinite in this interval enrichment rate reached 92.50%.The optimum process conditions for the biodegradation of vitrinite by Aquamicrobium terea were obtained,which were the coal slurry concentration of 0.60 g/50 mL medium,the inoculum amount of 8 mL/50 mL medium,the degradation time of 13 d,and the biodegradation rate was 24.35%at this point.The results of FTIR and XRD analyses indicated that after biodegradation,the absorption peaks of aliphatic hydrocarbons and aromatic hydrocarbons in vitrinite became weaker,the absorption peaks of—COOH and—NO_(2) disappeared,the spacing of aromatic layers increased,and the number of aromatic layers decreased,indicating that the organic macromolecules in vitrinite had been degraded to small molecules by Aquamicrobium terea.The results of the GC-MS analyses showed that the liquid bioproducts of vitrinite mainly contained small molecules of aliphatic hydrocarbons,aromatic hydrocarbons,esters and amines,and having the highest content of aliphatic hydrocarbons.
