This paper takes degassed heavy oil in Liaohe oilfield as the research object,by compounding anionic,non-ionic surfactants, and alkaline agents, studied its viscosity reducing effect on heavy oil and the dynamic stability of emulsion. The optimal compounding system was selected and the effects of interfacial tension and droplet size on the stability of emulsions in compounding systems were investigated from a microscopic point of view. The results showed that all the four single surfactants reduced the viscosity of heavy oil emulsions, among which sodium oleate had significant viscosity reduction effect, but the stability is slightly poor.In the binary compounding system, the solute ratio of sodium oleate to APE-9 is 6∶1,with the best synergistic effect, heavy oil emulsions not only reduces viscosity but also improves stability, and the viscosity reduction rate continues to be above 97%.In ternary system, the addition of Na_(2)CO_(3) further reduces the interfacial tension and increases the droplet size of the emulsion, exhibiting excellent dynamic stability.
