摘 要:以粉煤灰为原料,通过碱熔-水热合成法制备NaP1型沸石分子筛。在该过程中,硅铝比、晶化温度和晶化时间等因素对沸石分子筛的合成有着重要影响。结果表明,合成纯度较高的NaP1型沸石的最佳条件是:硅铝比1.5,晶化温度110℃,晶化时间14 h。之后对合成产物的物相、形貌特征进行表征。以合成的NaP1型沸石为吸附剂,研究其对亚甲基蓝(MB)的吸附性能,并探究吸附温度、吸附时间、染料初始浓度及吸附剂用量对吸附效率的影响。合成的NaP1型沸石在吸附温度20℃,吸附时间40 min,染料初始浓度100 mg/L,吸附剂用量0.5 g/L的条件下对废水中的MB吸附效率最佳。NaP1 Zeolite molecular sieve was prepared from fly ash by alkali melting-hydrothermal synthesis method.In this process,Si-Al ratio,crystallization temperature and crystallization time have important effects on the synthesis of zeolite molecular sieve.The results show that the optimum conditions for synthesizing NaP1 zeolite with high purity are Si-Al ratio of 1.5,crystallization temperature of 110℃and crystallization time of 14 h.Afterwards,the phase and morphology characteristics of the synthesized products were characterized.The adsorption performance of NaP1 zeolite on methylene blue(MB)was studied to explore the effects of adsorption temperature,adsorption time,initial concentration of dye and amount of adsorbent on adsorption efficiency.Under the conditions of adsorption temperature 20℃,adsorption time 40 min,initial concentration of dye 100 mg/L and dosage of adsorbent 0.5 g/L,NaP1 zeolite has the best adsorption efficiency for MB in wastewater.
