摘 要:采用水热法,以FeCl_(3)·6H_(2)O和NaH_(2)PO_(4)·2H2O为原料,制备了α-Fe_(2)O_(3)纳米颗粒,然后以TEOS作为硅源,CTAB作为造孔剂,制备α-Fe_(2)O_(3)包覆SiO_(2)的介孔材料,然后对SiO_(2)包覆的α-Fe_(2)O_(3)掺杂过渡金属Cu_(2)O,得到α-Fe_(2)O_(3)@SiO_(2)@Cu_(2)O核壳结构复合物,并且利用XRD对制备的产品进行表征,进行光催化活性的评价。结果表明,以高压汞灯为光源,亚甲基蓝浓度为15 mg/L,当催化剂用量为5 mg,90 min的降解率达到47.3%。α-Fe_(2)O_(3) Nanoparticles are prepared using FeCl_(3)·6H_(2)O and NaH_(2)PO_(4)·2H_(2)O as raw materials by hydrothermal method.α-Fe_(2)O_(3) Coated mesoporous material of SiO_(2)were synthesized using TEOS as the silicon source and CTAB as the pore forming agent,and thenα-Fe_(2)O_(3)@SiO_(2)@Cu_(2)O core-shell structure composites are prepared by combining transition metal CuO_(2) andα-Fe_(2)O_(3) coated mesoporous material of SiO_(2).Samples are characterized using XRD,and the photocatalytic activity was evaluated.The effect of photocatalytic activity on the prepared product are done using methylene blue.The results showed that degradation rate for methylene blue(15 mg/L)reached 47.3%within 90 min with a catalyst dosage of 5 mg under a high-pressure mercury lamp as the light source.
