摘　　要：珠海隧道工程在业务文件的标准化和规范化管理方面取得了显著成果。通过实施电子档案管理系统,实现了文件收集、组卷整理、归档、专项验收、管理与利用、统计分析等过程的电子化管理。同时,引入合法CA机构的数字证书进行电子签名,确保了相关电子文件的安全性、完整性和真实性。随着数字化转型的深入推进,隧道工程资产数据化体系与电子文件档案一体化管理成为了行业发展的重要趋势。本文将探讨这两者结合的必要性和实践方法,以期为隧道工程建设和管理提供新的思路和方法。The Zhuhai Tunnel Project has achieved significant results in the standardization and standardized management of business documents.By implementing an electronic archive management system,electronic management has been achieved in the processes of document collection,document organization,archiving,special acceptance,management and utilization,and statistical analysis.At the same time,the introduction of digital certificates from legitimate CA institutions for electronic signature ensures the security,integrity,and authenticity of relevant electronicfiles.With the deepening of digital transformation,the data-driven system of tunnel engineering assets and the integrated management of electronicfiles and archives have become an important trend in the development of the industry.This article will explore the necessity and practical methods of combining these two,in order to provide new ideas and methods for tunnel engineering construction and management.
