摘 要:目的:探讨磁共振弹性成像(MRE)评估健康成年人肾脏弹性值测定的可行性。方法:前瞻性招募22例肝肾功能正常无相关疾病的健康成年人,采用联影3.0TMRI测定双肾弹性值,由2位医师对MRE图像进行评估,分别测定双侧肾脏弹性值,测量结果行Bland-Altman分析。计算正常肾脏平均弹性值,并分析左、右肾弹性值差异及不同性别间的肾脏弹性值差异。结果:2位医师测得的肾弹性值有很好的一致性(P>0.05)。双肾实质平均弹性值为(5.37±0.26)kPa,其中左肾(5.38±0.27)kPa,右肾(5.35±0.29)kPa,差异无统计学意义(t=-0.311,P>0.05)。男性和女性双肾平均弹性值差异无统计学意义(t=-0.871,P>0.05)。结论:MRE可用于测定双肾弹性值,测量值准确且重复性好。Objective:To evaluate the feasibility of magnetic resonance elastography(MRE)in evaluating kidney elasticity in healthy adults.Methods:This prospective study recruited 22 healthy volunteers with normal liver and kidney function and no associated diseases.All subjects underwent 3.0 T MRI scan.Two radiologists evaluated MRE images,and the elasticity values of bilateral kidneys were measured separately.Bland-Altman analysis was performed on the measured results.The average elasticity of a normal kidney was calculated.The differences in elasticity between the left kidney and right kidney and between male and female were analyzed.Results:The elasticity values measured by two radiologists had a good consistency(P>0.05).The mean elasticity value of parenchyma of bilateral kidneys was(5.37±0.26)kPa,that of the left and right kidney was(5.38±0.27)kPa and(5.35±0.29)kPa,respectively,with no significant difference(t=-0.311,P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the mean elasticity value between males and females(t=-0.871,P>0.05).Conclusion:MRE can be used to measure the elasticity value of bilateral kidneys with satisfactory repeatability and accuracy.
